Mundane with Extraordinary

Ordinary or Mundane is something everyone wants to change. All are looking to achieve something extra, which will help people to achieve something in life. Probably rat race is also because of that extra which everyone wants. But, the bigger question is - Can an ordinary thing achieve something by just following mundane tasks and employing a little out of way thing to complete works? Can a person with out-of-book thinking be successful in life? Do we need people to achieve that extra to be counted as a successful person?

Let's take the classic example of half-filled glass. People with optimistic approach will say the glass is half-filled glass (well, I am also optimistic). People with pessimistic approach will say the glass is half-empty. There have been many debates on this. People want to know which approach is correct and which should we take to achieve successs. Which approach adds the extra in their life. Well, just to be clear I am optimistic but I look things in very different perspective. I believe half-fill or half-empty doesn't matter as long as the quantity of water in glass can quench my thirst. So, basically, it is the amount of water which decides whether to add some extra or not. Moreover, both approach talks about the quantity of water only, but we get deviated and sometimes do stupid things in life. Satisfaction in life can come from believing that whatever the quantity of water we got, can satisfy our desires.

Let's take more examples which are in news throughout the year- Demonetization and GST. Now, the moment someone starts talking about these topics, people will take sides. Some will show how it failed to achieve its objectives and some will show how it is effective in long run. Everyone has his/her opinion about the topic. But, my question is why can't we take truth from both. Somewhere it failed, somewhere it is beneficial. The similar approach is needed for GST. The moment we realize and start taking both success and failure in strides and start learning from both success and failure reasons, we start growing. It will automatically add that extra thing.

The life of a mundane yet extraordinary may seem difficult and at times dangerous. But to grow in the longer run, this approach is the best.

Be extraordinary by doing mundane things in the proper manner. Think and grow.
