Change... We see

Change ... We see...

It's been 3 years for the Modi government at centre and there are many achievements and many miscues. Well, before going further I would like to make clear that neither I am a blind BJP supporter nor I am a right wing activists. I am just a fan of someone doing good. Someone, instead of failure, keeps trying to do good for the people. It could be anyone. Well, most of my writings and likings are inspired by good works done by people for the people and society. It is someone who sells her goats to build a toilet and someone who takes care of temple in spite of being a Muslim. Someone trying his/her best to give happiness and positiveness to everyone. An inspired person is a real asset of the nation. A visionary person is a real asset of the nation,

Many persons ask me what has changed. India has still not progressed much. Well, my answer is simple, we are making progress. After almost 67 years of Independence, there is a PM (Prime Minister) who speaks about cleanliness. A PM who speaks about empowering women. A PM who speaks about the problem of open defecation and talks about building toilets. A PM who speaks about the importance of women in the economy. A PM who is ready to fight "Triple Talaq", a sensitive issue, for the betterment of women in the society. A PM who speaks about all these issues openly and that too as a part of his Independence day speech. Someone who makes "Swach Bharat" - "Clean India" a flagship Government initiative and takes account of the same. Someone who publishes most clean and worst clean cities.

Some may believe these initiatives are a mere gimmick and nothing is going to happen. But, changes are visible. It takes a time to change a society and, that too a society which has been under restrictions for ages. But changes are happening. "Clean India" is changing the thinking of people and fruits will be visible in the coming years. When we believe betterment of women and education to a girl child is as much as necessary as for a boy, things change. A society is always ready to give up its legacy thinking, it just needs some strong push to do that and that can only happen when we start talking about these openly.
